The cottage is named after the man who built it and Pightle means "small enclosure". The pretty walled gardens at the front and back have paved paths, steps and flower beds. They enjoy the sounds of a babbling stream which runs under the cottage and through the gardens; care must be taken here as the stream is not fenced. Parking on lane.

Enter Hall; Sitting Room with open fire in stone fireplace and exposed stone feature wall; up a step to beamed Kitchen/Dining Room; Utility/Sun Room with dishwasher, space for boots/coats and door to garden; Bathroom: bath with shower over.
Upstairs: A beamy Double Bedroom with reduced height in the eaves.
