Amongst a network of footpaths is one direct to the beach at Seatown less than a mile away. This large stone barn has been converted into 6 cleverly designed, high standard properties.
Acorn and Chestnut Barns are at either end of this row of six and each has an unenclosed private terrace with BBQ directly outside the living room. The large shared lawns beyond, bounded by a tiny brook, are for peaceful activities. A further large lawn is for childrens games. Each has designated parking for 1 car.

Large open gravelled area leads to porch with stable door to Hall; half-flight down to large Sitting/Dining Room  with hi-fi, ipod dock, glazed doors to the terrace with rural views and Kitchen in alcove with ice-box fridge and drier; 2 Bedrooms: a twin at entry level (beds can be pushed together) and a triple (with 3 singles) half-flight leads up to 2 Bathrooms: one with shower over bath, the other with shower cubicle.
