The cottage is accessed via 10 ten stone steps from the village lane which leads down to beach. It has a small front garden with lawn and shrubs. The rear garden provides views over rolling countryside and has a terrace, sloping lawn and steps leading up to a flat, paved area with sun-house and BBQ. The interior retains many original features. Designated off-road parking for 1 car (2 cars by arrangement), 10 yards away.
Seasonal Shop 1 mile; Pub 10 yards.
Small Hall leads into Sitting/Dining Room with fireplace and disused bread oven in beamed inglenook, two window seats and hi-fi; Kitchen with drier.
Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms: a double and twin both with stripped wooden floors. Bathroom: bath with shower over.
Storage and electric panel heaters and open fire. No Telephone.
