This beautiful single storey barn conversion benefits from stunning views of the Piddle Valley. It is a perfect home from home, ideal for exploring the wonders of the Dorset countryside. Set in the hamlet of Culeaze, the property has easy access to local shops and local pubs (2 miles) and is located perfectly for day trips, walking, cycling and local attractions.

This wonderfully spacious property benefits from being all on one level and offers a beautiful mix of rustic features and contemporary style. The vaulted beamed ceiling and cartwheel chandeliers in the open plan living area combine with the exposed brickwork beamed fireplace. This is an ideal room for relaxing in and soaking up the peace and quiet. There are three bedrooms, each warm and cosy with traditional beam detailing – a real home from home. Each of the bedrooms benefits from its own en-suite. The outside of the property has a large enclosed garden which is perfect for both children and dogs to run around in, while a south-facing raised patio boasts extensive views of the local woodland and water meadows. This is a perfect area to eat, chat and socialise whilst breathing in all that nature has to offer. There is a gravel parking area to the side of the property with parking for four cars.

The River Piddle and Piddle Valley are a lovely area to explore; further afield Wareham (6 miles) as well as Arne Nature Reserve (11 miles). Corfe Castle (12 miles) and all the attractions of the Isle of Purbeck are close by. Being centrally positioned this is a fantastic location to explore the full length of the Jurassic Coast and the many attractions Dorset has to offer.

Very clean, comfortable and cosy property. Lovely en-suite bathrooms in each room and the beds were super comfy! The barn is perfectly situated in the countryside with the coast being only a short distance away by car. We were 3 adults and had plenty of room and plenty of utensils etc for the kitchen which is very well equipped.

Riverside Barn was comfortable, clean and well equipped with outside patio area the perfect place to enjoy the countryside scenery with a cup of tea. Despite the not-so-great weather, the Barn was always cosy warm and we will certainly be booking up again. There is a shop for groceries in Bere Regis (about 8 mins drive from the Barn) and we had a lRead moreovely lunch at The Royal Oak pub in Bere Regis too. This was just a lovely place to stay. The main living space was a good size and had everything we needed and the bedrooms were perfect for our family with the en suite rooms being a real bonus. We stayed in the cottage for 4 nights over Christmas. There is plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 dogs, with the bonus of a large and secure garden. Everything about this cottage was perfect. The location was great for exploring Dorset, the cottage had everything we could need and the secure garden was an excellent addition for Malcolm, the puppy. Even the weather was kind for our week.

We had a lovely time! The owners were great and gave us lots of good recommendations on good dog-walking spots. The place was really clean and cosy. Our border collie Luna loved the spacious garden so much she did not want to leave.

The cottage is overall lovely, the garden is large and private, lots of solar panels on the roof helping the environment. Wi Fi was excellent with no problems. I thought the actual kitchen was nice looking and functional although I believe it was reclaimed and had been used in a different property before, given the rental cost of the property I wasRead more surprised by this. This cottage ticked the boxes for us and our 2 dogs. The enclosed garden was a great asset. There are nice walks in Wareham Forest which is very close by. The location itself is good for lots of local restaurants and places to visit to suit all tastes and ages. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable.

Wow what a nice quiet place to stay, just a shame we were there only for a few nights, cant really ask for more it was clean, tidy and had everything you needed, bonus points was the big enclosed garden for dogs to run around in. The cottage was really cosy with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. We were easily able to relax and unwind in its beautiful and tranquil surroundings. Our Border Collie enjoyed playing or just chilling in the large enclosed garden and we all loved watching out for the vast array of wildlife that passed by the bottom of the garden each eRead morevening. Absolutely fantastic house for a weeks stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious, plenty of places to sit. Three en-suites bathrooms are a bonus for 6 adults. Ideal location for many attractions, of which there are many. Main problem was the drive to the house which would benefit from the filling in of potholes.

The location is very private but the owners are on-hand to help with any queries. Lovely comfy stay. Nice on a winter's evening to sit in front of the fire. Our Greyhound especially liked that and also loved the big field for his morning zoomie. Very comfy bed and a nice hot shower. Within striking distance of Studland Bay, Wareham and Swanage. Helen provided good recommendations when we advised where we were going each day.

Great cottage in a great location close to Lulworth Cove and Monkey World. Everything we needed was there including poo bags for the dogs and soap at the sinks. Really enjoyed the stay.

The Riverside Barn is a great location, well appointed, very good value for money. The large fenced garden is great for dogs and the patio is perfect for enjoying a sunny afternoon. It is very secluded but also a short drive into Bere Regis for most things you would need for your stay. Highly recommended.
