This is a gorgeous cottage in a great location. We especially loved the birds nesting and chattering around the cottage! I was concerned about noise from the A35 but the cottage is actually really quiet. Loved walking down to Seatown.

Lovely, cosy, well kept cottage, well equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn't use the garden it would be lovely sitting out there with a nice view. Good small shop in walking distance. The Anchor at Seatown is very good - definitely an easier walk down Mill Lane! Also can recommend the Ilchester Arms at Symondsbury

Location of this cottage wonderful. We were tickled pink to be able to wander down to the beach within fifteen minutes or so. From a dog owning point of view too, the location is superb. Just a short walk down a quiet lane opposite - leads to a large grassy area/park where dogs are permitted. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay!
