Bedrooms:

Beds are: Double - 4'6". Single/bunk - 3'. They have duvets and 2 pillows per person. Linen and Towels are included. Small or bunk bedrooms state e.g. 'Sleeps 2/4 (sleeps 4 in total). No smoking in bedrooms.

High chair and travel cot (occasionally a proper cot), where available, are not charged for but cot bedding and towels for babies are not supplied.

Sitting room:

With TV/DVD & Radio (many with VCR). Most have an open fire or logburner (Logs/coal provided free October to April - kindling and fire lighters are not provided).

Bathroom:

All with WC, hand basin and a bath or shower.

Kitchen:

Fully equipped with cooker, refridgerater, microwave, washing machine and freezer unless specified. Cottages which only have a freezer compartment in the fridge state 'ice-box fridge'.

Dining Area:

Either in farmhouse kitchen, living room or separate.

Garden:

Well maintained with outdoor furniture.

Pets:

Dogs can also enjoy a wonderful Dorset Coastal Cottages holiday.  No need to put your pet in expensive boarding kennels when at least half the cottages on our books except them. One dog (2 in some) welcome, provided it is not left unattended or allowed in bedrooms. Each dog costs £17 per week; (part week £12). included in the rental. Telephone for incoming and 999 calls or payphone

Arrival Time: After 3 pm. Departure Time: Before 10 am. (4pm Arrival, 11am Departure in some cases)

We re-inspect cottages regularly. They are cleaned between each let but please bear in mind their age, country location and short change-over period. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.

Booking:

To confirm availability and book , telephone 0800 9804070 (+441929401420). Your cottage will be reserved whilst we mail your booking form/invoice; you must complete and return it with payment within 5 days to confirm your holiday. Last minute bookings possible by email or fax. Cancellation protection is not included, but is offered - see page 123.

First Payment - 50% of rent plus agent's booking fee (£18)
Final Payment - Due 8 weeks before holiday. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.

Cancellation Protection Scheme:

Dorset Holiday Cottages Limited is pleased to offer a Cancellation Protection Scheme for Clients booking with us. The cost of participating in the scheme is £5 per head of all those on the Booking Form. Click Here for details plus Terms & Conditions.

Cancellation:

Over two months prior to holiday, deposit refunded less £60 cancellation charge.
Within two months of holiday, rent refunded, if re-let, less £60 cancellation charge. (Booking Fee non-refundable.)
