Bedrooms: Beds are: Double 4'6". Single/bunk - 3'. They have duvets and 2 pillows per person. Linen and Towels are included. Small or bunk bedrooms state e.g. 'Sleeps 2/4 (sleeps 4 in total). No smoking in bedrooms. Cot and high chair available (free) in most cottages. (Cot linen is not provided). Cots can either be travel cots or proper cots - please confirm when booking.
Sitting room: With TV/DVD & Radio (many with VCR). Most have an open fire or logburner (Logs/coal provided free October to April - kindling and fire lighters are not provided).
Bathroom: with WC, hand basin and a bath or shower.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with cooker and fridge, microwave, washing machine and freezer unless specified. Cottages which only have a freezer compartment in the fridge state 'ice-box fridge'.
Dining Area: Either in farmhouse kitchen, living room or separate.
Garden: Well maintained with outdoor furniture.
Dogs: One dog (2 in some) welcome in most cottages. £15 per dog per week and £10 for Short Breaks. Dogs must not be left unattended or allowed in bedrooms.
Electricity/gas/oil: included in the rental. Telephone for incoming and 999 calls or payphone.
Arrival Time: After 3 pm. Departure Time: Before 10 am.
(4pm Arrival, 11am Departure in some cases)
We re-inspect cottages regularly. They are cleaned between each let but please bear in mind their age, country location and short change-over period. Please help us maintain high standards by leaving the property clean and tidy.
Short Breaks: 3 nights from £177.00. Priced at 2/3rds of the full week price: See 'Out of Season''. Bookings for more than a week, but less than two are priced 1/7th of the weeks price for each extra night added - for example a 10 days would be priced at a full week plus 3/7ths.

Booking: To confirm availability, telephone 0800 9804070 (+441929401420). Your cottage will be reserved whilst we mail your booking form/invoice; you must complete and return it with payment within 5 days, thus confirming your holiday. Last minute bookings possible by email or fax. Cancellation insurance is not included - see page 103.
First Payment - 50% of rent plus agent's booking fee (£16)
Final Payment - Due 8 weeks before holiday. If booking less than 8 weeks prior to holiday, full payment is required.
