This recently fully upgraded and modernised flint barn is attached to but separate from the Owners house. The lane-side windows have a view of brook and fields. The substantial parking area to the rear is softened with climbers, hanging baskets and tubs and is shared with the owner. Beyond this is the owner's garden within which is a private area with BBQ, a lawn and flower filled raised bed for guests use. Dedicated parking space in drive.
Shop 400 yards; Pub ½ mile.
