Yondover is a farming hamlet in the lovely Asker valley on a country lane between Loders and Uploders both with good pubs. The owner's delightful one acre small-holding has fresh eggs and vegetables; it comprises 3 separate stone barns, their own and two available for letting (Hay Barn 226 and Straw Loft cottage 323). Both have a private terrace with BBQ and access to extensive shared lawns. The setting is peaceful with views to fields accesible via many footpaths. The good sized swimming pool (16 x 32ft - 4ft deep) is heated to 80F and available to guests May to mid September (children must be supervised). The National Trust coast at nearby Burton Bradstock has a good cafe adjacent to the wide expanse of beach and cliffs.
Parking for 1 car at each barn. Shop 1 mile; Pub 500 yards.

Accommodation: Please See Cottages General. Recently fully restored, this barn has been finished to the very highest of standards. Glazed door to beautifully refitted flag-floored Kitchen with dishwasher and drier; the very large beamy living room is divided by the staircase into a Dining area and a Sitting area with hi-fi and logburner in stone fireplace; Utility/Study. Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms: a 5ft double and a triple (3 single beds); Bathroom with bath and separate shower. Oil central heating and logburner. No telephone.
