The garden is well screened for privacy with either wooden fence/trellis or hedging. Parking on the lane or garage 150 yards away. Shop 300 yards, Pub 200 yards.

Kitchen with wooden worktops, Belfast sink, dishwasher, ice-box fridge and door to terrace and garden. Bathroom with corner shower (no bath). Upstairs (with stairgate): 2 Bedrooms a double and a twin. Gas Central Heating plus electric fire.
