Warmwell hamlet is 1½ miles east of Broadmayne; at a similar distance is a leisure park with a good swimming pool. 3 Vyse Barn is in a row of 4 cottages (with right of way to adjoining at rear) attractively and peacefully located half a mile down a unmade farm lane. The conversion has been done with care and recently updated. Ranch fencing encloses a large stone terrace outside the cottage followed by lawn/shrubs plus decking/dining at the far end overlooking fields. Dedicated parking for 2 cars. Shop/pub (Broadmayne) 1½ mile.
