The Coastal Path diverts inland across the farm and leads down to the Fleet Nature Reserve and Lagoon. The barn over looks the Hazel Copse, apple orchard and has a private terrace, lawn plus separate BBQ area and access to the orchard. Parking for 2 cars and boat/trailer. Shop 2 miles; Pub ½ mile.

Enter via 2 steps into large, vaulted, beamed, open-plan room with well defined areas for Sitting and Dining, the Kitchen area has granite worktops; 2 Bedrooms: a 5ft double and a bunk room, both with vaulted, beamed ceilings and exposed painted brickwork; Bathroom (bath with shower over).
