Both Hazel Copse and Orchard View are located in the former farmyard of Ivy Farm.  The 70 acres of Ivy Farm are set within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Coastal Path diverts inland across the farm and leads down to the Fleet Nature Reserve and Lagoon. The barn over looks the Hazel Copse, apple orchard and has a private terrace, lawn plus separate BBQ area and access to the orchard. Parking for 2 cars and boat/trailer. Shop 2 miles; Pub ½ mile.

Accommodation: Please See Cottages General. Enter into beamy, open-plan Sitting/Dining Room with oak floor, exposed stone work and double doors opening onto the terrace; separated galley Kitchen (ice-box only); 2 Bedrooms: up 4 steps to double with ensuite shower bathroom and a twin at entry level with ensuite (bath with shower over). Oil central heating.
