Located ½ mile outside the village of Uplyme, this huge L-shaped barn has been tastefully converted into two (the other, Plough Barn, sleeps 6 + cot), retaining its character with many original features, pine furniture and natural wood floors etc. They are adjacent to the owner's working farm and 100 yards away from a small campsite, on a quiet lane in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The living rooms are set on the first floor and so enjoy splendid views over the countryside and a magnificent former railway viaduct. They share a small terrace for sitting out in the entrance courtyard/parking area and have use of the owner's secluded garden and some of the farm's large open grassed areas. A washing machine and drier are available in the farm complex. Ample parking. Shop/Pub ½ mile.

Accommodation: Please See Cottages General. From the courtyard enter terracotta tiled Hall off which there are 3 Downstairs Bedrooms: a double, a twin and a single; Bathroom (bath with shower over). Upstairs (with stair-gate): a large, vaulted, beamed Sitting Room (VCR only) with stripped wood floors and glazed doors to a small balcony with rural views; well equipped Kitchen/Dining Room. Gas central heating. No telephone.
