| This 18th century cottage enjoys an elevated position 26 steps above a lane, close to the centre of the village. Its extensive, unenclosed garden is laid to lawn with mature shrubs and borders and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Below is a meadow and woodland area with ponds and a path that leads to the village. Parking bay on quiet lane beneath cottage. Shop 2 miles; Pub 400 yards.

Enter via Porch with space for boots into beamy Kitchen/Dining Room with window seat and quarry tiled floor; the beamed Sitting Room also has window seat plus wooden shutters and an open fire; Upstairs via a narrow and steep staircase: 3 Bedrooms: a 5ft double and a single which leads to a corridor off which is the Bathroom (with bath) and another 5ft double; this double leads to a landing with a Shower Bathroom and a second staicase, down which is a Utility Room with drier.
