There is a small paved courtyard at the front with shared access, and across the lane via twelve steps, is a garden with three small terraces, two laid to gravel and the other to lawn, surrounded by shrubs and trees. Designated parking for 2 cars. Seasonal Shop 1 mile; Pub 5 yards.

Enter via Porch into Sitting Room with open fire and window seat; Dining Room also with open fire and window seat; down 5 steps to county-style Kitchen/Breakfast Room with Belfast sink, drier, dishwasher, disused fireplace and stable-door to courtyard; Upstairs: 3 Bedrooms (all with sea glimpses): a double with en-suite shower, another double and (via 4 steps) a twin; step down to Bathroom (shower only).
