Kimmeridge Bay with its handful of houses is a mile from the village down a private toll road (no charge for residents). It thus offers an away-from-it-all holiday with immediate access to the famous Marine Ledges and Coast Path. Parking for 2 cars precedes access via a bridged stream and a shared expanse of lawn (children must be supervised). This cottage, formerly 3, has been modernised to a good standard with a sheltered garden to the rear. Shop 1 mile; Pub 4 miles.

Porch for boots/coats leads to Hall with coal burner; L-shaped Sitting/Dining Room with sofas, hi-fi and coal fire (poor TV reception); Kitchen with Belfast sinks and walk-in larder (no washing machine); WC/Cloakroom and door to garden. Upstairs: 4 Bedrooms: 2 doubles (one with 5 ft bed), a twin and a bunkroom. 2 Bathrooms both with baths. Night storage heaters plus coal fires.
