There are gardens to the front and side, the latter is secluded, enclosed with BBQ and paved eating area. Off-lane parking for 2 cars. Shop/pub 200 yards.

Hall; two Sitting Rooms: one small with French windows to glazed covered way the other larger with open stone fireplace and window seats; well modernized large double-aspect Kitchen/Dining Room; Utility Room with dishwasher, drier and rear lobby for boots/coats; Downstairs twin Bedroom (beds can be pushed together) with en suite shower bathroom. Upstairs (steep and straight): 3 Bedrooms: a double (with low doorway) a twin and a single. Bathroom (bath with shower over). Night storage heating and open fire. |
