Our selection of cottages is restricted to restored old buildings or traditional cottages in or near rural villages within 10 miles of the coast.

We are an agency large enough to offer a highly professional service and support wide advertising and a superb website yet small enough to know all the properties and owners personally.

Our state of the art software enables us to register inquiries, process bookings and pay owners all monies received (less commission) within seven working days of the end of the month.

We keep relationships with housekeepers on the same personal basis as with owners but monitor closely the vitally important aspect of cottage cleanliness.

We never forget that it is your cottage and that many owners are buying for personal use. Our minimum availability clause is easily met. We manage the diary and if you want a week, simply phone us to check if the cottage is free and book it. There will be no claims for loss of commission or any of that nonsense.
