The Brewhouse is a wing of the Queen Anne Farmhouse at West Burton, which dates back to 1714 and is set in 6 acres at the end of a no-through lane. The wing was originally used for brewing cider.  There is a private garden area with trees, shrubs and flowers.  The owner's extensive, mature grounds, incorporating a Kennels and a Cattery, continues on to a large meadow garden with wild flowers, mown paths, and a stream attracting a wide variety of wildlife from deer to barn owls. Ample parking.
It can be arranged to house you dog at the kennels during your stay; please ask for details.

Enter via Stable door into: Kitchen/Dining Room with exposed bricks, tiled floor, Nespresso machine and dishwasher; Sitting Room with Freesat TV, iPod dock, hi-fi and electric flame effect fire; large Shower bathroom.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom: beamed 5ft double with iPod dock and reduced height in eaves.
Central heating and flame effect fire. Wireless broadband (email and web browsing only). No telephone.

Short breaks are welcomed at this property from November to March* (minimum stay is 3 nights).

For a 3 night short break save 30% off a weeks price (4, 5 & 6 night breaks are also available).  Mon–Fri breaks are offered at 4 nights for the price of 3.

*A short break for Christmas, New Year and Easter weeks may only be booked within 2 weeks of the required dates.
