Designed by Herbert Collins in the 1920's, this pretty semi-detached cottage with Purbeck stone roof and leaded windows is at the end of a rough road, surrounded by heath, and faces the sea and Poole Harbour. The front gate leads directly to heath paths; the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a small lawned garden at the front, and large, partly enclosed garden to the rear, looking onto farmland and the Purbeck Hills. Parking for 2 cars; lockable detached garage for boat/bike storage.

Hall: with quarry tile floor and cupboard for coats; Sitting/Dining Room: large, triple aspect room with double doors to garden, inglenook style fireplace, comfortable furniture, books, games; Kitchen with larder. Additional outside WC.
Upstairs: landing with hanging cupboards; 2 Bedrooms: a double and large triple with cot; small Bathroom with bath. Max accommodation is 4.
Electric radiators throughout plus open fire. No telephone. No Broadband.
