The drive leads beyond the owner's house to two converted farm buildings one of which is Midlands Barn (the other is Midlands Stable Ref 224 ). Midlands Barn is full of light and furnished in a modern style with great attention to detail, but with a nod to the traditional. The very wide, unenclosed gravelled drive between the two barns has a pleasant seating area for each and is bordered by stone walls, trees and shrubs. The seating area to the side of the barn is for Midland Barn's exclusive use. There is parking for 1 car to the side of the barn.

Midlands Barn can be booked with Midlands Stable (Ref 224) plus adjacent self-contained annexe sleeps 2 on request to the owner (price confirmed at time of booking).

*A short break during peak times may only be booked within 2 weeks of the required dates. Peak times are: June to September, October and end of May half terms, Christmas, New Year and Easter.
