It is located on a no-through lane which leads via a path to the sea at Winspit. To the rear is a terrace with high stone wall. Shared access, via 9 steps, leads up to an unenclosed garden with lawn, trees, shrubs and flowers. Parking available in the village car park, 200 yards away - parking permit provided.

*A short break during peak times may only be booked within 2 weeks of the required dates. Peak times are: Easter, June to September and October and May half terms. At this property Christmas and New Year short breaks are available to book from the beginning of November.
