This enviable seaside property is located towards the end of an unmade lane, is set in three quarters of an acre of garden and is less than 100 yards from the beach and the Jurassic coast path with its World Heritage status. It has wonderful sea and beach views from most windows. The garden is flat, largely laid to lawn with BBQ, a raised terrace, which makes an excellent outside dining area and is bounded by trees and shrubs making it ideal for children.  The gate at the bottom of the garden leads you to the coast path and the beach (accessed immediately via a steep path, easier ramp access close by). Parking outside house on mown grass verge.

Short breaks are welcomed at this property all year round, but are subject to peak time restrictions*.

For a 3 night short break save 30% off a week’s price (4, 5 & 6 night breaks are also available). Mon–Fri breaks are offered at 4 nights for the price of 3.

*A short break during peak times may only be booked within 2 weeks of the required dates. Peak times are: Easter, June to September and October and May half terms. At this property Christmas and New Year short breaks are available to book from the beginning of November.
