A tranquil space to spend time in, pop your feet up and indulge in good book or switch on the TV/DVD for a romantic film night. When it’s time to whet your appetite, the kitchen is compact but has all you need to cater for meals at the dining table. Pack up a picnic and don your swimmers for a day by the coast and travel 30 miles to the beautiful beach at Swanage. From Swanage, hop on the 9-mile Purbeck Ridge Walk which winds its way past Old Harry Rocks and up to the quaint village of Corfe Castle. Here, the National Trust owned remains are well-worth a trip and you can travel between Swanage and Corfe Castle via train if you don’t fancy the hike.
