Light-filled spaces and a lovely patio area welcome you to spend quality time together before and after adventures. Sleeping five guests over three bedrooms, you’re invited to bring a pair of pups along with you so you can have a ball as a family and adventure the days away together.

One of three lovely properties, this cottage is a great home from which to explore. Boasting lush views across the surrounding fields, bask in the fresh air before getting ready to start your day. When you return home, put your feet up on the sofa and indulge in some time in front of the TV, or lose yourself in a good book for some peace and quiet. Cook up a storm and plate up either inside or out, enjoy communal meals and raise a toast to your designated chef. After long days, head to bed in one of three charming bedrooms. The king-size bedroom boasts an en-suite, whilst the two remaining rooms share the family bathroom with shower over the bath for a quick freshen up. There is ample off-road parking.

Pack a picnic, grab your bucket and spade and head to the beach at Weymouth (4.5 miles) where dog-friendly sections welcome your pups all year round, great for a family day out. Tuck into a tasty portion of fish and chips before heading home or pick up some goodies to enjoy back at the ranch. A 19.5-mile trip along the coast brings you to the must-visit destination of Lulworth Cove, where a 1.5-mile walk above the glittering ocean takes you to Durdle Door. If you’ve had enough sand and sea for one day and you need to entertain little ones, travel 19.5 miles to Monkey World and make some cheeky friends.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The views from the back garden across the field were beautiful. However it was fortunate that the weather was great, as the living/dining area is a little tight. We appreciated how swiftly the oven problem was sorted out - with a brand new oven.

Everything was perfect with the accommodation, couldn't fault it. We booked this because we had two small dogs and although the garden was excellent for them we couldn't find anywhere local to let them off the lead for a run. Mr. and Mrs. Dunn were very helpful, with nothing too much of a problem.

Nice rural location but there is road noise from the speeding traffic. For us ( 2 couples) the fridge was nowhere near big enough. The freezer was inside the fridge and tiny. We had to send back some of our grocery order because it wouldn't fit. No dishwasher but I expect that was in the spec and I hadn't noticed.

I would recommend a dishwasher for a family of 5 instead of a washing machine. I also found that bringing our own towels, stripping our beds wasnt ideal - Id expect to be supplied with towels.
