This property located in the coastal village of West Lulworth, a historic fishing village next to the beautiful Lulworth Cove, and just a thirty-minute walk to the iconic Durdle Door.
Discover picturesque Lulworth Cove from the comfort of this stylish holiday home, which sleeps up to eight guests. Stroll down to the pebble beach to go paddling, rock pooling or swimming. Or walk approximately 1 mile along the scenic coast to the famous natural limestone arch of Durdle Door, and return home to take in the glorious Dorset views from the top of the garden or to relax on the patio with a glass of wine. This inviting holiday home in West Lulworth is one of two holiday properties situated side by side.
Enjoy the clever upside-down design of this appealing coastal property. Find two of your bedrooms and your family bathroom at ground-floor level as you enter. Head up the stairs to your bright, inviting kitchen/diner/lounge to prepare dinner, dine at the table and then settle down together for the evening in front of a family film on TV; open the doors from the kitchen area on to the patio on warm days. Find your two additional, adjoining bedrooms as well as an en-suite bathroom, on the second floor above. As they are located in the eaves, there is some reduced head height. On sunny days, choose to relax out on the balcony or lounge in the patio area: keep an eye on children as they play on the lawn, which is steep.
Visit fairytale Lulworth Castle and walk in the park here, approximately 3 miles from your holiday home. Take in the panoramic views out over the Purbeck countryside and towards the Jurassic Coast from the castle tower. Drive approximately 15 miles into Weymouth to shop in the seaside town, dine at one of its many restaurants, walk along the Georgian promenade or spend time at the harbour. Alternatively, drive 17.5 miles to Swanage, set on the beautiful Isle of Purbeck peninsula and known for its heritage railway.
