The cottage is located in a lovely and peaceful village. It's old, quirky, cosy and charming and has a very attractive garden. The latter is a few steps from the back door through a gate. The cottage is well situated for many local tourist attractions, great walks and the local pub. There was also a nice welcome pack, thank you.

We had a fabulous week at the cottage exploring the local area. The welcome pack of biscuits, milk, butter, cider and tea was much appreciated after a long journey. Stoke Abbot itself is a beautiful chocolate box location and near so many places for days out. We recommend a walk up Golden Cap for spectacular views, a visit to West Bay and Lyme RegiRead mores, a meal in The New Inn and a Donkey Walking Experience for children (the last two are within walking distance of the cottage).
