Watch TV or wander through to the snooker room to pot some balls. Prepare hearty meals in the kitchen, with its electric cooker and electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, and two fridge/freezers, then serve up in the dining room or conservatory. Discover a ground-floor utility room, with a washing machine and WC. Venture upstairs where all four bedrooms can be found upstairs. At one end of the property is a family room with a king-size bed and a cot bed, the other being a king-size bedroom with garden views, this is a zip-and-link king-size bed, which can be made as a twin (2ft 6in beds) on request. At the opposite end of the house are two bedrooms, one king-size bedroom with large en-suite and the other being a super king-sized zip and link bed which can be made up a twin on request (3ft beds), adjacent to a bathroom which has a shower over bath and a WC.
