The Rousdon location was really good with easy access to Beer, Lyme Regis and Seaton etc. Local walks including the coast path were excellent. For info there did not appear to be any access to the private beach but this was not particularly detrimental. Beech Cottage was pleasant and cosy but a bit basic with for example kitchenware a bit of a miRead morexed bag etc. We had good weather and a overall a good stay. Hide

Lovely cottage, very clean and everything was provided that we needed. It was in a quiet location but was ideally situated to get into Lyme Regis and Seaton (both no more than 10 minutes drive). Or, if you wanted to go further afield it was not far off from the A35. We were very happy with our holiday.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday at Beech Cottage and would definitely recommend & stay there again. The cottage was on a beautifully maintained private Estate & very close to Lyme Regis, other resorts & various attractions - so great location. The cottage was well equipped, roomy & comfortable, however a point to note - there is limited draweRead morer space in both the twin & bunk bedrooms & no wardrobe at all in the bunk bedroom. The property has a large garden - ideal for young children. Hide
