Another fabulous stay at Bubbs cottage - our 10th to date! The location is perfect for exploring Dorset and the Jurassic Coast with Durdle Door just 4 miles from the property for starters. Bubbs is well appointed with a fabulous dining kitchen, a comfortable lounge and 2 bedrooms. We loved Bubbs Cottage. Well appointed and very dog friendly. The location was perfect and we did some lovely long coastal walks from the cottage without having to drive. The local pub (Sailors Return) is less than 5 minutes walk and is fantastic, a great menu thats not the usual pub food and a menu for dogs too! We are there 3 times during our staRead morey. Hide

We have stayed at Bubbs cottage for 10 years and it never disappoints. Its great for our dogs with an entrance porch, utility room and large kitchen. The fully enclosed garden is perfect. The location is superb , just a few miles from Durdle Door & Lulworth Cove and great for exploring the Jurassic coast and all that Dorset has to offer.

Bubbs Cottage is a really cosy, well equipped cottage in a great location for visiting stunning beaches. Very dog friendly with a safe enclosed garden and a small green near by that you can safely let dogs off lead to exercise. You can walk to the local pub where dogs are welcomed and even provided with a menu. The meal we had there was delicious !Read more Best to book though as limited tables that allow dogs. Extremely comfortable Cottage with home from home comfort. If your looking for peace, and quite this location is idea as the village is rural , and with no mobile phone signal, which didnt bother us. The internet connection was very good. The stairs in the cottage I guess are typical for the age of the cottage, but wouldnt suit everyone as the top Read more2 stairs are very narrow . The garden is very secure for children, or dog. The ceilings downstairs are low in places, and you might need to duck. Hide

Bubbs Cottage is in a beautiful Dorset village a short drive from Lulworth. It is comfortable and really well equipped. We loved the snug and the garden was perfect for the dog. Theres a handy village green close to the cottage which is also great for exercising dogs. The locals were really friendly too! We loved the cottage and the area. It did meRead morean we had to drive to the sea but we found some lovely secluded beaches and avoided the heaving Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove. Hide

Our third enjoyable stay at Bubbs cottage which is well equipped & has high speed broadband. No mobile signal & although landline phone accepts incoming calls all outgoing numbers are blocked except for 999 calls even for the emergency numbers listed in the cottage information folder. Quiet area with vey little traffic noise. Plenty of pleasant walks around the lanes and footpaths. Local pub a couple of hundred yards away - opens evenings 6 days per week. Nearest local shop about a mile away. The cottage is pretty, quite spacious, comfortable, well furnished and benefits from a south facing back garden with patio and table/chairRead mores. Cottage in the main village road on the left before the village green when coming from Winfrith Newburgh. Very pretty, comfortable, clean cottage. Great walks from the cottage to the coast towards Lulworth and Weymouth.
