Just half a mile from the sandy Studland Bay is this modern holiday home. Perfect for family getaways by the sea, the cottage features light and airy rooms, fresh contemporary decor and a sunny rear garden with patio. Inside, a cosy lounge with feature fireplace, Blu-ray DVD and iPod dock is a welcoming and homely room for relaxing in the evenings. At the rear of the house, both the kitchen and dining rooms are light and airy with doors opening onto the garden, adding an al fresco feel for those hazy summer months. With a sloping lawn bordered by trees and shrubs and a patio area with outdoor furniture, the garden is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a long day on the beach. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, light and airy, well served by the village shop, The Old Harry Bar and a bus route to Bournemouth and Swanage. The beaches are within walking distance, Knoll beach was the most spacious.

We are regular bookers at this cottage. Location great, easy to find, local shop, village feel, good equipment and accessible housekeepers and owner. A comfortable stay, we love it. Shame the road is getting very busy.

A beautiful location handy for beach and Old Harry Club . A few areas of improvement throughout the cottage fed back to owners however nothing too serious. Overall we rated 3 out of 5 .
