With ample space for ten guests, this cheerful retreat is full of character, with expansive grounds to unwind in.
From the welcoming hallway a couple of steps lead up into the spacious country-style kitchen/diner which has plenty of space to sit, and makes a wonderful spot for family feasts. Steps lead to a utility room and walk-in pantry. The ground floor also features a cosy lounge with an open fire, alongside a cheery snug with a study area, TV and wood burner along with a games room with table tennis. A winding cottage-style staircase leads to a characterful en-suite king-size bedroom in the eaves. Outside, you can enjoy a BBQ on the patio, pick herbs from the kitchen garden, and relax in the picturesque gardens. The wider grounds encompass six acres and feature an open pond, generous lawns and a range of resident guinea fowl, petting hens and a peacock.
