With sea views across the crystal blue waters of Swanage, this welcoming abode is great for seaside lovers. Escape to the coast and spend days on the beach or tread well-trodden tracks straight from your door, including the magnificent South West Coast Path which winds its way across the clifftops and through charming waterside villages. Sleeping three guests across two bedrooms, embark on adventures with friends or family and make sandy, adventurous memories together.

Step inside the communal entrance hall, up the shared staircase and make yourself at home in this first-floor abode. The open-plan living space is great for lazy afternoons together cosying up in front of the TV, and for lively games nights and fun mealtimes. Cook delicious feasts in the kitchen area and plate up at the table which sits in the bay window with glimpses of the sea. Filled with natural light, this space creates an inviting hub of the home where you can put the kettle on in the morning, check the weather and pour over a map to decide the day’s destination. When it’s time for bed, enjoy a restful night’s sleep in one of two bedrooms. Hang up your clothes and settle under the covers before waking and freshening up in the family bathroom or the en-suite shower room. Pick up some extra goodies on your way to the coast or some local produce for dinner on your way home. 6 miles from home are the majestic remains of the picturesque Corfe Castle. Walk the Purbeck Ridgeway towards Old Harry Rocks and enjoy beautiful vistas before ending up at your destination.

A great well equipped apartment with everything you could ask for.And within walking distance to the town.We loved being able to look out at the sea everyday from the lounge window. We will definitely be coming back.

The property is in a great location, close to Durlston Country Park, the beach, shops and eateries. Beautiful views of the beach can be seen from the open plan living/dining area and both bedrooms. A well equipped and comfortable flat on the first floor with a great view from the front bay window of the sea and across to the headland and Harrys Rocks. Flat was clean and the location is great for local walks and access to the town. Plentiful parking on the road outside.

Comfortable, well equipped first floor apartment with a sensational sea view. The apartment is set in a quiet location in a residential street and has its own little garden area. A lovely location and fantastic views of the bay every morning which really made our week. Spacious and comfortable plenty of coat hangers often a problem! Beds were very comfortable and great to have a large fridge freezer as well that was important to us as was the washing machine. Would certainly stay again !

The property purbeck vista is a lovely property. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The views are amazing from every window just lovely to sit back and look out at. Parking is very good. And lovely walks surrounding the property. We will definitely visit again.

Great view. Close to town centre although the hill will make you fit if you're not. Durlston Park is on the doorstep so no car needed for a visit. Area was nice and quiet in June. Parking on road was easy, rear access to off road parking was very uneven and not tarmac. We'd happily stay again.

We had a lovely week in a perfect location. Lots to do in the area without using the car. Recommend the boat trip from Swanage to Poole and visiting Brownsea island was a highlight for us.

Accommodation was great - well furnished, comfortable beds, good shower, all equipment in kitchen you would require, nice communal areas, a garden area for the flat (although didn't use it) and a dedicated parking space out the back. The view is amazing. Location is great. Short walk to centre and beach, and to Durlston Country Park. It is up a verRead morey steep hill back from town centre but we knew to expect this. Our 2nd stay at Purbeck Vista and the flat was again very clean and comfortable and the 2nd bathroom is a clear benefit. Wonder views across Swanage bay to Studland and Old Harry Rocks. Having the view however means either a steep climb to the top or having to use the car into town and paying for parking. This is a delightful flat with amazing views over the bay towards Christchurch and Bournemouth. The equipment is comprehensive and of good quality. The WiFi worked very well. The flat is situated within walking distance of the Durlston National Park which is also a very attractive place to relax or walk in. Security- the communal front door has large gaps around the frame with loose screws and is easily opened without the key from the outside. Smoke detector testing - not documented in the welcome folder since 2021. Dishwasher dirty and cutlery had baked on food. The apartment was all we wanted it to be, it was clean and comfortable and a short walk down the hill to the town centre. The views were also fantastic, and there is good walking all around the apartment area although some hills which could be challenging for the less fit. We would definitely stay again.
