Set in a charming spot in the picturesque village of Winfrith Newburgh, this delightful holiday home features a beautiful conservatory, a cosy snug, a games room and a large garden with an outdoor kitchen and children’s play area.

The cottage has several sociable areas for you to unwind in including a light-filled conservatory with a grapevine waving across the ceiling, a cosy snug that makes a charming reading area and a tastefully decorated lounge with an exposed ceiling beam, Smart TV and wood burner. The ground floor also has a sleek, spacious and fully equipped open-plan kitchen/diner as well as a games room with table football and air hockey and a handy playroom for younger children. Upstairs, the property offers a stylish family bathroom and four refreshing bedrooms: one king-size, a pretty twin, a cheerful bunk bedroom and a lovely en-suite king-size room with a Juliet balcony. Heading outside, the garden features a patio with plenty of furniture and an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. Kids can enjoy the play area with a treehouse, climbing wall, mud kitchen, swing, slide and sunken trampoline.

Very comfortable 4 night stay with family; rained a lot but plenty of space and entertainment :). We all enjoyed the experience of using the Aga too.

We had an amazing stay at Brook House. Fabulous house, genuinely everything you could need/want. Coming in from the torrential rain to the toasty kitchen was so welcoming. Really well stocked with pans, utensils and welcome hamper! Beautiful house and so comfortable you could really relax. The garden is even better than it looks! Fabulous, comfortable & well equipped house ideal for our 3 generation holiday. Great playrooms were well used by all. Garden was beautiful & trampoline a great hit. Pizza making competition was fun for all. Great gas bbq too. Good village shop & a couple of pubs within walking distance. A warm and welcoming home from home. Lovely decor, comfortable beds and superb outdoor space. We made pizza dough and cooked THE BEST wood fired pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven. Fantastic village shop with helpful staff. Great playroom for the children and also for the adults! The location is one of the best things about this cottage.
