This detached hill-top retreat is approached via a narrow, steep, shared lane. On arrival, there are 2 steps up to the front door before you enter the welcoming hallway. A dining room sits to the right, perfect for getting together to share a meal and catch up, and there’s a separate ground-floor WC to the left. Head to the rear of the property and feel right at home in the sociable open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Settle in to watch the Smart TV and be warmed by the wood burner, or on warm evenings, step out onto the terrace for fresh air and lovely scenery. The delightful kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. There’s a utility room too that completes the downstairs set-up, with a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a door that leads into the snug with a Smart TV, multi games table and doors leading out to the terrace and garden. Heading back into the inner hallway, there is a staircase rising to the first floor where you’ll find the first bedroom: a light and bright, dual aspect twin. There is a bathroom just opposite with a shower over the bath and a WC. There are two double bedrooms, both with distant sea views, and a light and airy king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and WC. These three bedrooms all have access to a balcony that spans the rear of the house and has panoramic views across the neighbouring rooftops to the sea in the distance.
Outside (accessed via either the lounge or snug) there is an enclosed garden with a generous terrace that’s sheltered in parts, a pizza oven, outdoor furniture ideal for al fresco dining and a lawn area. To the side of the property is a further decked seating area with sea glimpses. There is off-road parking for five cars to the front.
