Enjoy a coastal break with friends and family in this spacious abode in Swanage. Set on the breathtaking Jurassic Coast, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to nearby walks. You’ll also be just 1 mile from the town’s sandy beach, and the wildlife haven of Durlston Country Park is 2 miles away. After a day of exploring, unwind in the sunroom or gather in the garden for an evening of al fresco entertaining.

The semi-detached, red-brick holiday home is set on a private road. Inside, discover spacious, contemporary accommodation, with a choice of areas for relaxation and socialising. At the heart of the home is a vast lounge/diner, with several comfortable seating areas, a Smart TV, and a large dining table for hosting dinner parties. In summer, throw open the patio doors to extend the living space outdoors. A separate kitchen has everything you need to cater for the group, as well as a breakfast bar for perching with a morning coffee. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom completes the ground floor. The three remaining bedrooms, two of which have en-suite facilities, are upstairs, along with a separate bathroom. Outside, a courtyard garden awaits, with a raised, decked area with outdoor furniture. Just off the garden is a sunroom for relaxing with a book, and a handy utility room.

Swanage boasts a family-friendly beach, with gentle, sloping sand, rockpools, and colourful beach huts. The town is also a great base for outdoor adventure enthusiasts, with companies offering everything from abseiling to diving. Boat trips regularly depart from the quay, providing cruises along the Jurassic Coast, and you can also explore the area on the heritage steam railway. Further afield, enjoy excursions to Dorset highlights such as Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove (both within 20 miles).

Property was very clean and well provisioned. Ample parking at the front for two large cars. Spaces were comfortable and the property retained its warmth well. There isnt a hair dryer, which was mentioned by other reviewers so bring your own. Be aware of the glass door to the kitchen, forget about it and you may have a sore head. Overall, a really Read morenice property in a reasonable location. We would definitely consider returning. Hide

A clean and tidy house with plenty of bathrooms, a comfortable lounge and well-equipped kitchen. Quite a long walk to the beach.

Aigburth house has hidden depths, it is literally like the Tardis! All the bedrooms were big enough as was the kitchen, and the lounge/dining area had plenty of room with plenty of comfortable seating. The house was nicely decorated and furnished and well equipped, we did not find it lacked anything, there was even cleaning products, dishwasher tabRead morelets, washing up liquid and cloths. Also hand wash in all the bathrooms but no hairdryers. Location was good with 10 to 15 mins walk to the beach. Hide

The house was very comfortable and well equipped and all bedrooms having their own bathrooms was a bonus. It is in a quiet location, an easy walk to the steam railway, town centre and seafront (all within 15-20 mins)

A clean, spacious and comfortable home! Great for 3 generations of our family from my toddler grandson, his parents, & my 29year old son. It was well equipped and we ate there outside and inside. We loved it's location, you can hear the steam train and spot it from the front. We walked into Swanage, used the bus and tried out the local pubs and takRead moreeaways. Super accomadation spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend this property, close to town everything you need home from home. Hopefully will return next year.
