At the heart of the home is a bright, spacious lounge/kitchen/diner, decorated in a contemporary style. Cook up a storm in the sleek kitchen area, before coming together around the wooden table to dine overlooking the garden. After dinner, sink into the comfortable seating to watch a film on the Smart TV. Three bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the ground floor. The remaining bedrooms – one of which has an en-suite bathroom – are on the first floor. These rooms are set in the eaves, and you may experience restricted head height in some areas. The enclosed garden features a large patio for outdoor entertaining, along with a hot tub. There’s also a shady lawn, surrounded by trees, where children can play.
Ferndown is a great base for keen walkers, with many long-distance trails passing through the town, including the Stour Valley Way. There are also some beautiful routes in the nearby Ferndown Forest (1 mile) and Holt Heath National Nature Reserve (4 miles). The vibrant market town of Wimborne Minster is 4.5 miles away, and is a great place for eating out, with its cafe culture and riverside restaurants. The seaside resort of Bournemouth is 8 miles away and boasts seven miles of golden sand, as well as beautiful parks and gardens to explore.
