The former quarryman’s stone cottage is full of personality and charm, with exposed beams and stonework, quirky design features, and plenty of creature comforts to make you feel at home. On the ground floor you’ll find a beautiful lounge with a welcoming wood burner and sumptuous corner sofa to stretch out on as the Smart TV entertains you. From here, wander through to the charming, open-plan kitchen/diner, where you’ll find a sweet table for sharing mealtimes as a group, and all the equipment needed for a self-catering break. The family bathroom, featuring a roll-top bath, is also on the ground floor. Steep, cottage-style stairs lead to the first floor and the second lounge, which has bi-fold doors opening onto a sunny, decked area. The king-size bedroom is on this floor, with the twin bedroom set in the eaves on the second floor. Outside, the peaceful garden offers a decked area for al fresco dining, as well as a leafy patio area providing an alternative spot for outdoor entertaining.
