Flat is situated in a great location close to town centre with amazing views over Swanage Bay. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation for two, benefitting from both an en-suite and separate bathroom as well as a reading room. Well located for local walks and site seeing.

The property, Flat 4 is sold on the website, as coming with a parking place. The parking places, at the back of the property are a joke. Before arriving an email saying that the parking spot will take a small average family car, is of no use, when you've forked out over a 1000 for a flat with a parking spot. I would have struggled to park my daughtRead moreers Toyota Aygo in that spot. The people in flat 5, that you rent, deliberately parked in the wrong spot, meaning no access to parking all week. When I walked up to the office to discuss the matter, I was met with complete apathy. Not interested one iota. Just go and park on the street somewhere, does not compensate for the fact that I had booked a property with a parking spot. I came away to try and de-stress and lower my blood pressure, not have to deal with the stress of finding somewhere to leave my car overnight, whilst inconsiderate clients of yours, do not follow the rules at the flats, park an oversize car, and refuse to cooperate. And before you say that the parking spot next to 4 is 7, the person in 5 blocked the car park, then later parked in 7's spot, blocking reasonable access to bay 4. There are niggles with the property that other people have mentioned in the visitors book, a hot water system that can not cope with 2 people having a shower, without running out of hot water, broken towel rails, a tv that doesn't work in the bedroom etc. The only good thing was the view, and the quick walk into town. Not the relaxing break that I was looking forward to. Hide

The apartment is very well situated with views across the bay over the rooftops. It is 5-minutes walk from all the local shop. It was clean and well appointed with a comfortable bed and as an added bonus it had a spare room and and an ensuite and a bathroom. The sitting room was surprisingly warm on cool autumn days.

The apartment was in a great location, close to both the centre of Swanage and Durleston Country Park. A lovely view of the bay could be seen from the dining area - even better than expected! The quality of the facilities meant that we had a most comfortable stay and would be happy to holiday in the accommodation again.
