A bright, second-floor apartment within 150 metres of Swanage’s sandy beach, one of the most popular stretches of coastline in the Dorset AONB. The family-friendly apartment features an open-plan lounge/diner, a stylish kitchen and versatile bedrooms. It is perfect for small groups keen to explore the Jurassic Coast, with easy access to natural attractions including Dancing Ledge and Studland Bay.

This inviting apartment overlooks Swanage’s bustling promenade, offering it an enviable location for a family holiday by the sea. All corners of its spacious interior ooze coastal charm, with plush soft furnishings glowing in nautical colours, and the warm sea air that rolls in through its large windows. The lounge/diner is a comfortable place for spending quality time together with good food and conversation, with the kitchen just the right size for foodies keen to experiment with local ingredients. A family bathroom stands nearby, as do an inviting king-size bedroom and a large bunk bedroom with single bunk above a double, that is perfect for youngsters. While the apartment doesn’t have an outside space to call its own, its enviable location more than makes up for it.

The apartment is 50 metres from Swanage’s promenade and 150 metres from its seafront, making it the perfect setting for a family day at the beach. The town centre is also bustling with family-friendly shops, pubs and attractions. The Jurassic Coast is blessed with natural features and attractive beaches, including Dancing Ledge (2.5 miles) and Studland Bay (5.5 miles). Ballard Down, Townsend Nature Reserve and Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve (all within 2.5 miles) are wonderful places for reconnecting with the natural world.

I have been coming to Swanage my entire life - my Grandparents were born and bred! Since they are no longer with us we have been looking for the perfect spot to stay - Janie's view is 100% the place for us! We had a wonderful stay with fantastic views. The children loved people watching. Carnival weeks has always been my favourite and holds many meRead moremories for us! We will be sure to stay with you again soon! Thank you Hide

This is our second time at your lovely apartment, as ever great views and very clean and well presented. We are regulars to this neck of the woods as we have family in Poole so we know it well and will definitely be returning.
