The property was very well equipped, and the location was excellent, just a short walk into town. The views were fantastic. We used the roof terrace every evening to relax and watch the boats.

Lovely modern house slightly elevated but very close to all Swanage amenities. Fantastic view from the very large terrace. Very dog friendly but only a small enclosed courtyard other than the terrace. Comfortable lounge and bedrooms. Off road parking for 3 cars a real bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely property - well equipped and comfortable with great sea views from all windows. As the weather was fine we made good use of the spacious decking area during our stay. Recommended for a relaxing holiday so close to the town centre, beach and the downs.

The property is lovely. Great location and amazing views. Everything you need home from home. Our small dog was not a fan of the glass staircase nor was I, you need to be careful on it. Fantastic off road parking. Comfy beds but could do with blackout curtains as a lot of light comes in. The deck area outside is great when the weather is good, unfoRead morertunately the sofas were not cleaned for us to use but Im sure they will be soon! If we come back to Swanage would definitely stay here again. Hide

The accommodation is in a great position close to the town centre and shops and restaurants but also far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Lovely views over the harbour from the balcony which we were really fortunate to be able to enjoy due to lovely March sunshine.

This is a modern sunny house with it's upstairs lounge and outside with amazing views. The three parking places were a bonus too. We found the glass staircase rather challenging but there is a handrail to clutch. The king sized bed was very comfortable. In a nice quiet area of town.
