Perfectly placed for the Steam Gala, the Railway being a 15/20 minute walk or it is short walk down the hill for the beach and a walk along the shore. A comfortable, well equipped "home" to stay in. Thank you for the welcome pack, most appreciated

Our dog is trained to only poo/wee on grass and there was none available in the cottage or outside until you walked a distance away. We stayed in an extremely hot period and there were no fan's available. The cottage was very clean and well equipped but the outside area was very basic and let the cottage down.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chabar, the accommodation was spacious and comfortable and only a 5 minute walk to the beach at Swanage. It was in a quiet location and we would stay there again. We enjoyed the carrot cake and our dogs loved the treats left for them!!

The cottage was perfect for us as it was two minutes from our friend's home. The lounge was comfortable, nicely furnished and cosy. We did not require both bedrooms but the double bed was very comfortable and the main bedroom spacious. There was quite a lot of noise from footsteps from the flat above early in the morning and late afternoon but we wRead moreere out most of the time so it did not bother us. The little yard was excellent for our dog as it was secure. Hide

Once the heating had taken the chill off the cottage, it was entirely comfortable. We were surprised at its size, usually pictures make places look bigger, the ones in the ad did not do justice to the scale of the place. Parking, the markings were invisible on arriving at night, perhaps a little reflective plaque on the wall could be fitted?

Very conveniently situated close to the beach. Apartment has great character with lots of period fittings rather than the normal IKEA furniture you find in so many holiday properties. Spacious with good kitchen. Courtyard is tiny but good for letting the dogs out in the middle of the night as it is very secure for all but the smallest dogs.

An excellent ground floor apartment with plenty of space for 4 people. A lovely location beyond the end of the promenade and slightly up the hill. Couldn't have wanted a nicer place to stay for a week in Swanage.

This was in a perfect location with everything close by. The property was extremely well presented nothing could be faulted. We took our dog which was brilliant especially being all on one level and having the courtyard. Off street parking was good but there was plenty of free parking nearby. I would certainly go back and highly recommend.
