This idyllic spot is ideal for stargazing and is the perfect setting for those wishing to get back to nature with Worgret Heath bordering the property. Stoborough Heath, Arne, Hartland Moor and Studland are also all within 9 miles . Excellent road links make this a great base for exploring the many attractions locally, including The Tank Museum, Monkey World, Dancing Ledge, Kimmeridge, Winspit, Swanage and Tyneham. Wildlife is in abundance here, with owls, many small birds and deer often spotted in the surrounding 3 acre garden. The charming riverside town of Wareham is just over a mile from the property and has a wide range of amenities including many independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Conveniently positioned in an elevated spot set back from the A352, this property sits below the owners’ home, yet with privacy assured. The shared entryway is great for walkers as there is room for boots and coats. This area leads to a private entrance door. Once inside you are met with a welcoming hallway giving access to all of the rooms within this spacious single level property. Firstly, there is a stylish shower room, newly fitted in 2023, before you come to an inviting open plan living/dining area, which overlooks the garden. There is a cosy lounge area with a Smart TV, space to dine in comfort just opposite, or perhaps settle down with a good book in the armchair. Just next door is the bedroom, which again has a lovely leafy outlook and completing the accommodation is the contemporary kitchen, also new in 2023.

Heading outside via patio doors in the lounge/diner you will find the charming and natural garden. Furniture is provided for al fresco dining or enjoy your morning coffee from the swing seat whilst you watch the wildlife in the neighbouring trees and admire the rhododendrons. There are distant views of the river and railway line across the fields opposite.
