Entirely modern with stylish design features and up-to-date appliances, enjoy a memorable stay with family or friends in this destination property on the outskirts of Poole. Fabulously appointed with four large bedrooms, the property invites eight guests to enjoy a stay together with appealing elements for all ages. Spacious both inside and out, there''s a generous open-plan living space with a sprawling garden separated by French doors, ideal for indoor-outdoor living in the summer months. Said summer months are best enjoyed at the beach, and Sandbanks Beach offering windsurfing, paddleboarding and games on the sand is just 2.5 miles away.

At the heart of this house is its impressive lounge/kitchen/diner, a space with a contemporary fitted kitchen, a dining table that''s big enough to sit around together and plenty of cushy seating opposite a wood burner and Smart TV for cooler evenings. Just next door you''ll find a separate snug with a PlayStation 5, ideal for younger ones to steal away too when the adults want to relax. The largest of four bedrooms, a king-size on the first floor, is also equipped with a Smart TV for movie nights in bed. This room also offers patio doors out to a balcony where morning coffee can be savoured and its own en-suite bathroom.

The walk to Sandbanks Beach is an exceptionally pleasant one, admiring as you go the scenery of Poole Harbour and soaking up the view of Brownsea Island. This National Trust-maintained beauty spot is one to visit with boat trips from Poole Quay (1.5 miles), a place to explore nature trails and spot native red squirrels. Further boat trips from Poole include leisurely sea safaris and the Jurassic Coastal cruise, a fantastic way to admire Dorset''s UNESCO Heritage Coast.

We had the most fabulous week at Saltwater, the house is just beautiful, well situated and very well equipped and welcoming. It was our annual family holiday for seven and was perfect for walks, days out and chilling out! We all enjoyed it immensely and will hopefully return in the future!

Perfect location and views. Superbly equipped. A week was not enough! Three generations of the family were more than happy there and we may well stay at Saltwater again

We had a lovely week staying in Saltwater- really enjoyed the spacious house and great location overlooking the water. We had some lovely walks up to Poole Quay from the house along the park. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Poole.

We had the best week off. Super chilled the house had everything we needed. Saltwater is a very easy place to relax.
