Firstly the most important suggestion/ improvement is their lack of communication. Hoilday cottages and the vendors need to improve communication with customers, and not blame each other for lack of it. During our stay, dishwasher racks were broken with rubber seals on door frame hanging out. Rack would just not slide in or out, needed 2 of us to Read moreguide them. THEY NEED TO REPLACE NEW DISHWASHER ASAP( GOOD QUALITY MAKE). In kitchen there was not cheese grater. There was concerns that Fridge/ freezer was a small unit under the counter on reading reviews plus out dated pictures on website showing under counter Fridge Few calls later to check if these was true, a caretaker Marvin confirmed they have 2 door tall American Fridge/ freezer. ( CHANGE YOUR OLD PICTURES). In website it says, second kitchen is available on request. We requested few months before, to be told it can't be available as it is a Kosher kitchen and vendors never let it out.TAKE THAT CLAUSE DOWN. Just a comment, kitchen is too small for the size of the property which is a shame. Hide

We had a great stay with a mix of families, couples and singles. The kids loved the play equipment and the adults loved the hot tub (though comfortably fits 5 max). The kitchen is well equipped to cook for large groups in terms of pantry items, cleaning equipment, crockery, pots and pans etc. but it is quite small.

Wonderful property. All rooms very comfortable. Large dining room well able to cater for a full house. Kitchen however is very small with a fridge suitable for a family of 4 not 24. We had to store food in our car boots (glad it was winter not summer).

Great location and house, with all bedrooms being en-suite. This is where it ends. The kitchen is small with a distinct lack of equipment available. We had to purchase items from the local supermarket. The fridge freezer is only suitable for a small family, not for the number of guests the house accommodates. There is also a distinct lack of interRead moreest from the owners if you have any issues. The heating wasnt working properly during our stay and after a number of attempts to make contact we received one phone call which didnt fix the problem and no follow up which is unacceptable. Such a shame as it wouldnt take much to make this a good find Hide
