Ideal for our group ranging from 4 - 76. Single room downstairs with accessible bathroom particular bonus for 76yo. Children really enjoyed large flat garden with swing, treehouse & slide & trampoline. Well equipped kitchen - fridge dispensing ice/cool water particularly appreciated in hot weather. Love the decor especially the wallpaper.

A perfect house in a perfect location. The house is really lovely and very comfortable. The attention to detail made our holiday so very special. A home from home. The garden is spectacular and was used constantly throughout the week. My grandchildren really enjoyed all aspects of the garden and used all of the facilities. It was a complete hit wiRead moreth everyone. We had glorious weather during our week away so we had the best of everything to hand. But there are so many things to do at the house with the games room and toy room you could never be bored. We made friends with the horses in the field behind the house and we were really sad saying goodbye. The wildlife gave so much entertainment too, we watched the bats become active each night flying around the garden, also the crows gave us a spectacular show most evening's flying overhead in group's that looked to be in the hundreds singing as they flew. It was awesome to watch it and we had never seen anything like it before. There are also other songbirds and squirrels to keep you entertained. Such a wonderful place for nature lovers. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in their beautiful cottage and we will certainly be returning at some point in the future. You will not be disappointed with your holiday at this special place, it is magical. Hide

Well situated for visiting places of interest. Local pub comfortably within walking distance (although pretty dark walk in December). Convenient local shop for your basics. This was our first Christmas away and has encouraged us to do it more often.
