Savour the very best of the countryside, coast and forest when you stay at this welcoming, single-storey barn conversion in a charming rural setting on the fringes of Bournemouth. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom holiday hideaway benefits from a courtyard garden, where you can unwind in the Dorset sunshine after trips into the vibrant town centre or beach, 4 miles away. The beautiful New Forest is 8 miles from the barn.

Let yourselves in via the patio doors to find yourselves in an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with an airy ambience and a vaulted and beamed ceiling. Make yourselves comfortable in this inviting space, which will be the hub of the holiday home throughout your stay. Explore the kitchen area to find all the equipment and accessories you require to assist you in conjuring up hearty feasts with Dorset produce. The long breakfast bar is the ideal place to dine, while the L-shaped leather sofa is where you can lounge about afterwards in front of your current boxset on the Smart TV. As the stars come out over Dorset, head through to either the king-size bedroom or the twin, both also with vaulted ceilings. Treat yourselves to lazy mornings in bed in either room, watching another Smart TV over your first cup of tea of the day. Then amble through to the family shower room to begin your day. Have coffee and a croissant at the bistro table in the courtyard and linger out here over a bottle of wine on fine evenings too. There is allocated parking for up to 2 cars located outside the property on a layby

Step straight out from the barn to enjoy a stroll alongside the River Stour. For a more tranquil beach experience than colourful Bournemouth, take your buckets and spades to Hengistbury Head, 4 miles away, or Highcliffe, 8 miles from the barn.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this barn conversion, the kitchen was really well equipped and the sitting area very comfortable. It was the perfect location for walking from barn and visiting the coast.
