Exploring further, you will find a spacious and stylish kitchen perfect for preparing your favourite meals, and a bright and airy dining room where you can sit back and plan the day.

Heading upstairs, there are three cosy bedrooms: two twin rooms and a double room with an en-suite shower. Stepping outside, you can sit back and relax in the pretty gravelled garden which has outdoor furniture, a summerhouse, trees and shrubs. Parking is available for two cars. Heading to the coast you can explore Ringstead Bay (3 miles) Lulworth Cove (10.5 miles) and the natural arch of Durdle Door (10 miles). The popular seaside town of Weymouth is famous for its beautiful crescent bay, sandy beaches and attractions, including Sandworld and the Jurassic Skyline. You can also discover the beautiful Isle of Portland (11 miles). Inland, take a visit to Monkey World (10.5 miles) and The Tank Museum (11 miles). The area is associated with Thomas Hardy, his birthplace is in Higher Bockhampton (9 miles) and his home in Dorchester (7 miles).

Beautiful spacious cottage in a great location village is lovely, picturesque and very quiet. Cottage is just down the a lane off the main road so we found it really easy to get about in car but also so some lovely walks directly from the door. We have stayed in many many cottages over the years and this is definitely one of the best.
