Stylish and chic interiors make this two-bedroom coastal property an excellent, comfortable base for exploring the Dorset coast. Situated near the beach in the seaside town of Swanage, you’ll be surrounded by eateries and attractions while within easy reach of the coastal path, which will take you through the Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve.

Step inside the renovated single-storey Victorian apartment to find the inviting lounge, which is flooded with natural light through the bay window. Your eyes will be drawn to the elegant feature fireplace while relaxing on the sofa in front of the TV. Continue into the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner with bold flooring, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining table with seating for four. There is also a family shower room and two bedrooms – a double with an en-suite shower room and a twin room. Outside, you’ll find a lawn with furniture, which is shared with neighbouring properties.

Explore the town of Swanage, where you can stop for a bite to eat at a local pub or seafood restaurant, visit the historic 19th-century Swanage Pier (0.5 miles) and spend an afternoon on the beach (less than 500 metres). Enjoy ease of transportation with the Swanage Steam Railway (less than 0.5 miles), where you can hop on a train to the quaint village of Corfe Castle (5.5 miles). For a quiet day in nature, visit the nearby Durlston Country Park and National Nature Reserve (1 mile) or the picturesque sheer white cliffs of Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast (4.5 miles).

This property was in an ideal situation near to the beach and the shops. The beautifully kept and secluded front garden was an asset as you could sit and relax with a cup of tea and because of the high hedge you were in observed .

Well equipt but would have liked a hand towel for each sink, rather than just 2. Also ran out of toilet paper .. would have expected at least 1 spare

Such a great location, less than a minute's walk from the beach. A couple of parks a few minutes walk away, as well as the town and railway. Really nice personal touches in the property, felt very comfortable on our week's holiday with two children aged 7 and 10. We would definitely look to book here again on our next trip to Swanage.
