Self-catering accommodation in Bridport

The pretty market town of Bridport was built on a history of rope and net making and is now known for its lively arts scene. It has a fabulous mixture of events and exhibitions throughout the year, and is a Gateway Town for the World Heritage Site of the Jurassic Coast. It is also a Beacon Town which promotes local food producers. With some excellent weekly street markets, there is also a monthly Farmers Market as well as a Vintage Market on the last Sunday of the month from March until October.

The nearby seaside fishing village of West Bay is famous as the location for the TV series, Broadchurch, and has plenty to occupy the holidaymaker. Its small harbour provides refuge for both pleasure craft and fishing boats and there is a shingle beach either side for sunbathing and water sports. We have cottages in many of the quaint country villages nestled amongst the surrounding hills of both the Bridport and West Bay areas.
